Welding and Bolting of Structural Steel Inspection:

 

  • Inspection of Welding as Per WPS Welding Procedures, Welders Certification and Mill Certs are verified by Our Certified Inspectors
  • Certified Special Inspector: 
    • Checks in with the Building Department
    • Verifies Job Address and Permit Number
    • Checks and Observes  Welding and Materials are as Per Plans
    • Furnish A Daily Report Upon Completion
  • We Keep Copies and Provide Owners with Original Daily Reports for their Record of the Jobsite Project

Epoxy Injections/Anchors Inspections:

  • Contractor Drills Holes to Apply Epoxy
  • Inspector Verifies:
    •  Correct Depth
    •  Holes are Blown Out with Air and Brushed
    •  Check that Epoxy is as Per Plans, and Epoxy has Not Expired
    •  Size and Type of Bolts Are Correct as Per Plans
  • Epoxy Injections/Anchors for Residential / Commercial
    • HD's
    • Rebar Dowels
    • Expansion Bolts
    • Threaded Anchors Etc.
